How to Stop Galacticraft Forum Notifications in E-mail ?

I was wandering how I could stop GC Forum New posts in my email , because it's little annoying.
And also if there is noway can I change User Email.

Hover over your Username, and go to preferences. Deselect everything related to watching threads. You can also set up to only watch new threads, or certain topics.
