Oh man, When you right click the animals with spacesuit using some sort of tool, You would get a small menu to give it tiny inventory or to replace the air tanks maybe?

Also, you could have an infinite fuel tank for the animals and pets too(availible in creative mode) and to craft the space suit for your pets & animals, you could have a different recipe.

Why would you call animals with oxygen gears evolved animals? They aren't mutants or overdeveloped mobs, they would be just normal animals with gears.

Belka and Strelka (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_space_dogs#Belka_and_Strelka) weren't "evolved animals" just because they were sent to the space.
