Please add this config option: only the player who place the rocket on launch pad (rocket owner) could break down and use it. Its very important for multiplayer.

Or maybe add a recipe for a key to use a rocket or buggy. You'd have to enter the rocket/buggy using the key in order to use it, and the key is unique to the player.
