Add Compatibility with Minechem. Please...

If you decompose wood with the mod Minechem you get carbon (used for diamonds ), Hydrogen (furnace fuel) and Oxygen (no use for anything - that is until now).
If you could convert Minchem oxygen to galacticraft oxygen, it finally have a use.

Im certain you could add a recipe with mod/minetweaker that would say if oxygen and a galacticraft oxygen tank are combined it adds a set value of oxygen to the tank
