Can't click Launch button?

When I launch a rocket or do /dimensiontp I can't really Launch on other Planets/Moons/Space Stations only back to the Overworld.
There is no Crash or anything but when I click the button nothing happens
What do i do?
(newest 1.7.10 version)

Try stacking up a big stack of dirt and do that until you make it to space

well dipper, just give up or try strapping yourself to one of those satellites that look like they're from ksp and blast your self into space

There could be 2 reasons why you can't launch, so first make sure that you grab the official build from here(all 3 files):
