Real life space stations have to reinforce everything to survive the very thin part of the atmosphere they orbit in, and the tiny dust particles that can do a surprising amount of damage to space stations/spacecraft, maybe on glass in Galacticraft little shattered holes will appear in the glass and if the room is sealed, the seal is removed and you have to replace the pane/block, I will understand if this suggestion is too hard to accomplish

I like that idea. I actually purposely leave my wiring and oxygen tubing exposed on the moon to allow for mini-disasters where I have to freak out and throw on a space suit, run outside, hunt down the damaged whatever and fix it. Still hasn't happened yet though.
