Problem with Galacticraft and Forge

ok so every time I load up minecraft it comes up with this messege "Forge Mod Loader has found a problem with your minecrfat installation. The mods and versions listed below could not be found
Forge : minimum version required is 7.8.0.685
The file 'ForgeModLoader-client-0.log' contains more information

You need to get a version of forge that is at least version 7.8.0.85 in order to play, I guess...
