Well the batteries hold 5 Minecraft Joules of power. Mincraft joules are different from universal electricity Mega Joules. Since they have the same abbreviation it confuses people some times. And minecraft joules have less power than mega joules.

Well i tried removing Atomic science and i still cant craft steel plates with mekanism steel. I'll just wait for my mods to update to 1.6.4 and see if that works.
