1.11.2 : The cargo rocket does not land

Hello,
When I launch the cargo rocket, everything goes well but on arrival, it does not land. It slows down as expected and stops, but the reactors remain on and consume fuel while it is on the landing platform. Is this only for me or a problem on mod 1.11.2?

And of course, since the reactors are still on even if the rocket is stopped, it can not go away.

Yep, the devs are aware of this. https://github.com/micdoodle8/Galacticraft/issues/2815 and https://github.com/micdoodle8/Galacticraft/issues/2820

Radfast, one of the devs, said they are working to fix this is one of the upcoming builds.
