Your problem has been addressed several times in the thread. Disable either More Planets' or Galaxy Space dimensions that are shared by the two mods.
So I open up a test setup with only Galaxy space 1.0.8 Galacticraft 446, NEI 22.214.171.124 and Code chick core 126.96.36.199

I using this configs witch are compatible to my modpack with GS 2.6 (i add all ids to the new generated GS config files)
Only with this few mods the game crash and i get the same crash as before.
I sitting here for three evenings to get a the pack running without any success.Could you take a look, please.
I check today Biome Ids and it seems to be that some biome ids i set via your config not stay at this id. Some Biome ids not have a config (some planets have more than one Biome)
I try to remove biome id cfg and the game start in the minimal setup but inside the pack it crash again.
Odd, my pack works perfectly fine. What version of forge are you using? I deleted the biomes.conf, let it generate by itself, and everything worked perfectly for me. Are you crashing on a server, or in Singleplayer? And again, what forge version?
I using Forege version 1614 the lates Galacticraft 446 and Galaxy Space 1.0.8 the fixed one in my Pack.
Maybe I explain it again.
I have a Modpack on a private Server with a few Friends. We played this map since December 2014 and we have a lots of Updates and never need to reset the Map.
Now Galaxy Space update and I have to change the configs because I can't do a map reset because of my players and no other mod need a rest before.
Things I tried.
1. delete GS and GC Folder and let them generate a new world. The Game crash.
2. I changing ids so that I not have any id problem (i look into fml log and other mods Biome ids cfg file) The game crash.
3. I remove the whole config folder the Game start sometimes if it not have any conflict.
(some time i see Ids conflict which is very funny because i let generate all configs new)
Some Biome ids I can't change. I set a Number but this ID override some other Biome id (i set it to 220 but it take 226) nothing I can do here.
If I change ids in Biome o Plenty cfg for example all works fine and no conflict. (New Ids are acepted)
I see some Planets have more than one ID but I am not sure I can set all via the GS config.
And the error "Ticking memory connection" I get all the time not say me what is going wrong or how I can fix it or avaoid it.
I have Minecraft experience since Alpha times and modding experience since Beta times.
Now I get me basic Java knowledge too but at this point I am clueless. So @BlesseNtumble help me out here if I am wrong.
I come to the point now and give up (since so much time I investigate things and get nothing) and stick with Version 2.6 so long this nasty bug is fixed or gone by itself.
