Another Quick Question (About Refineries)

I have a question about refineries
How do i refine oil into usable fuel for the rocket, like how do i put the oil from the portable oil extractor into the refinery to produce fuel so i can but the fuel canister into the fuel loader i REALLY need help on this it's kept me stumped for like a week i keep trying to look it up but the things aren't updated to the newer version like the wikia and stuff I REALLY NEED HELP HERE. sorry for taking time away from people but i SERIOUSLY need help. Anything is appreciated!

You need an empty liquid canister in your inventory, then extract several crude oil sources with the portable oil extractor. Then you get an refinery, supply it with power and put the oil canister in. Then you set up a launch pad, build a fuel loader and put it next to the launchpad, supply it with power and put the Fuel Canister in.
