Woops, read the OP wrong. Thought it said a Rocket Launch lol. As for building a rocket I'd say something like futuristic mechanical whirring and buzzing, like what you'd get if you drilled a nail through sheet metal. Perhaps some electric zaps here and there too.

I'd imagine that'd work for a Rocket construction-esque sound. Couldn't find a decent drill sound though. I don't suppose the anvil's sound could work could it?
