Detailed Description = I use the profiles that come with the new minecraft. IE \.galacticraftlatest\ is my galacticraft test folder. If I clear everything but the mods and resource pack folder, and start a fresh game I don't get asked about Basic Components. I believe it assumes from a different time it asked, or assumes True. I'm only using NEI, and Optifine mods.
