I set up everything correctly the oxygen selaers 4 in 1 room and yet it says warning oxygen setup is invalid and i get hurt. and also when i get hurt the oxygen detector redstone signal goes off. video

In that case, unfortunately the only thing you can do is wait for your modpack to update it, or possibly request that its updated to the latest version of GC. In the latest update sealers are fixed TREMENDOUSLY, so you should be good on that patch.
Sure you can change it. If you are playing single player ... just change it. If you are playing on a server, you will need to ask your server owner to upgrade. They can upgrade to version 2.0.11.1001, maybe even 2.0.11.1008, without anyone knowing the difference.
Obviously also keep the pressure on the modpack makers to include up-to-date mods, it really sucks that they are 3 months behind now.
