IC2, Buildcraft, UE, Mekanism and ICBM work cooperatively with GC, All other Forge Mods should work as long as they do not edit Base Classes or modify Player Rendering (Aether II). There could always be Block-/Item-ID conflicts but you can resolve that by just editing the Config file to not-use ID's of another Mod, or vice versa.
