Ok firstly your crash log shows -32 not -30 and two all you need to do is change some dimension ids in the configs of mods that are using dimension id -32

I think this has been answered here: https://github.com/micdoodle8/Galacticraft/issues/2842

Usually these issues are caused by combining 2 Galacticraft add-ons which are both trying to use the same dimension type IDs. You should change the config of one or both add-ons to use different IDs.
