It's a thing that Minecraft does to handle the lack of time/respawning in other dimensions. You can only use a bed at night, but other dimensions don't have a night. Or a day, for that matter.
To change it, open the start menu and type "%appdata%" in the search bar (no quote marks). Press enter, and it will open a new window. Open "Roaming", then ".minecraft", then "Config", then "Galacticraft". There's a file in there called "core", open it. If your computer is anything like mine, it won't know what program to open it with, choose the option on the dialog box to select from a list, then select Notepad. The rest is pretty easy, just find the values you want to change. Most of the values can only be set to "true" or "false". When you close it, make sure to save. You can do this with any Minecraft config files, not just Galacticraft ones. Hope I helped you.
