Fire on the moon?

I've just registered on this website to file a bug report but i can't find the Forge report or galacticraft version as i am using a modpack so I decided a post is just as good.

The Bug:

Fire charges work on the moon. Doesn't sound like a bug but torches go out instantly and a flint a steel doesn't work as there is no oxygen. I then used it to get to the nether and then back home. Pretty sure that's cheating.

On Windows: you can find the forge report at %appdata%/.minecraft/ForgeModLoader-client-0.log

As for fire on the Moon: I think any fire-related thing should not work if there's not enough oxygen in the nearby blocks or if you don't provide oxygen through pipes: coal furnaces, flint and steel, coal generators etc, except fire enchants.
