Is the oil and fuel registered with the liquids dictionary? Can I use them as/with BuildCraft oil and fuel?

What about the oxygen? Can I use oxygen from the Mekanism electrolyzer? If not, would Mekanism need a change too?

I don't know if you can use Galacticraft oil as Buildcraft oil, but I know it works other way around.
Get some buckets of Buildcraft oil and put it in the oil refinery, you'll see it works
