GC Refineries only processing BC Oil & BC Refineries only processing GC oil

So, the title is a bit confusing. But basically refineries from BC, Quarry Plus and BC Additional will only process 'OliGC' and Galacticraft refineries will only process BC oil . To clarify the oil goes in to the refineries but they stay in an idle state.
Edit: I don't know if this is a Buildcraft or Galacticraft problem. After some testing refineries work as they should with Buildcraft 6.x.x. However with the latest versions of BC the problem persists.

I am using FTB Infinity 1.7.0 and adding the latest versions of the following mods:

• Galacitcraft 1.7-3.0.12.350 (planets, core and micdoodlecore)
• Chunkgen
• ArchimedesShips
• Light Bridges and Doors
• Chisel Facades
• Mekanism (tools, generators, core)
• Tsteelworks
• StatusEffectHUD
• ArmorStatusHUD

I added all mods before starting the world and by default BC oil generates in my world. I noticed the 'Adding or removing Buildcraft to an existing world' in the wiki, but this doesn't really apply to my situation.
