It's an idea, no code has been made.
I'd like to see a mod that:
-Allows editing of tiers required for going to them in the config. Having lots of add-ons that add Tier 4 planets out of Solar System when you only want them to be available at Tier 8 because of balance? Change them in config.
-Allows removing of schematics. Having too much kinds of Tier 4 Rockets? Disable schematics in config.
-Allows custom gases, solar panels rates, gravity on non-GC and co. dimensions. Bored picking up oxygen in Nether? Change that in config.
