How do I make a GC resource pack

Can someone explain how to make a resource pack FOR galacticraft? I was thinking about changing the textures of the moon or mars so they look like different planets for the people that are like"I NEED PLANETS NOW!!", but I don't know how to make a resource pack that includes a mod with it. So can someone tell me how to make one with galacticraft?

1- copy the assets from galacticraftcore.jar
2- Search for the photos
5- Change Them to your one
6- delet the old one , Put your one and test them
7- upload the new Assets to let another people to try it

i ruined my mars today for a good cause , ( to make my kids be like wow ) i think its ace id love to try any textures anyone makes
