Well, it would become a good time for Mic to add gravity related blocks and items if you didn't come down?

Typical to low gravity mining is certainly the annoying aspect of mined blocks flying all over the place. If the game could scale the "pop" strength to suit current gravity it would be cool.

I also think the player's jump strength should actively adapt to low gravity to prevent excessive jumps. Though it would be pretty cool if the player character had to "get used" to the gravity based on the previous world by making the first jump about full-powered and then gradually less on the next jump. Whereas by perhaps holding the spacebar may the player perform an intentional full-powered jump.

Good idea, so something like a horse's jump bar

Or we could have attachments to our feet/hooves/legs/whatever people have as their skins these days that makes it like normal gravity, at least to the player. This way you don't jump 5 blocks higher than you need to be in your research facility of galactic science.

It could possibly be a skeletal-like suit that simulated gravity for the user, and a 3x3 radius around the user. It isn't that realistic, but most have seen the picture showing futuristic wires, while not official and finished, it shows we are heading that direction a bit.

Sounds realy Good! How bout an Ecco skeleton? With the ability to attach it to armour? Minecraft dosent have to be realistic, you can fit 32 rockets twice the size of you in your pocket. XD

One of the reasons that Io has few craters is because everyday, most of the surface of Io is flooded with lava, reforming the terrain. Honestly, when it comes to terrain, I think a few lava pools and volcanoes is underkill. It would be really cool if there was a way to have flood the lower areas of the surface while Jupiter is over the moon (Because the gravitational force of Jupiter pulls the lava to the surface, like an extreme form of the tides on Earth), causing all wood materials to instant burn up. Also, glass and other materials that can melt, like metal blocks, would also be melted and pulled away by the lava. But the upside to this cataclysmic event that occurs everyday is that all the ore on the planet would be re-randomized. This would allow one cave to suffice for the entirety of one's time there because there is a high chance that a depleted cave would be replenished with materials in a day.

Would be pretty cool to see in my opinion.
