It wont work!!!

I have installed Forge and draged a .ZIP version of Galacticraft in the core mods folder but minecraft is loading but the mod isn't working!
please help

You must install the latest stable version of forge, which is minecraftforge-universal-1.5-7.7.0.582.

Then drag Galacticraft-Alpha-0.1.22.jar (not some zip ) into the coremods folder. Hope this helps

I guess people don't see it because they post crashes and errors in the support section, not the bug section, which is a problem.
