Launch Button is not working

I made a 1.12.2 Minecraft server where I installed GC and a few more modifications.
I launched my rocket and when this Galactic Map opened I wanted to go to the Moon. But Launch Button isn't working. It's green but it isn't working. I can make space station anyways. How can I fix that?
