Red Matter Explosives from ICBM. Activating these creates a worm hole/black hole that sucks everything in to it.

Doesn't work with GalactiCraft, which is good because servers would have fake black holes that were edited to last forever.

!!!We Need Permanent Launch Facilities!!!. To be honest I call BS when I have to spent the time to craft a new launch pad each time. I am almost 100% certain that NASA reuses it's launch gantries. additionally they use water filled chambers under the pad to absorb the shock not iron plating which melts easily. infact watch a launch some time notice that the massive cloud it generates when first taking off is not all rocket exhaust, but mostly steam from this process.

You don't have to craft anything again. The launch pad is in the chest/lander, so your launch pad basically follows you where ever you go. You could also build a launch controller, and then the pad doesn't remove anymore.
