One thing i wondered here is that I never found a sticky with the Forum rules, if I just miss them please can someone send me a link?
If there are not there perhabs its time to make some little rules to prevent anarchy here,
Only some simple things that normally a clear for all people with manners.
like:
Clear Thread title
No personal attacks against other users
No necros or bumps - if thread is important it can be sticked by a moderator
A Offtopic subforum perhabs
Perhabs blocking the suggestion -subforum for new users like with the bugreport.
Only who knows a core mod well enough knows what might be good to add ( most of the times)
this could prevent many spam
