Do you mean, that you don't have the actual item or that it doesnt work? If you dont have the item it might be an ID conflict and the fuel is being overriden by another mod item. Also, please follow the bug template.

Do you know how to get your client log?
If you do, can you look for "Player doesn't have rocket fuel to launch spaceship. If player DOES, please report the following line as a bug" and post the line after?

I have a problem with the 0.0.10+ world updater too.
When I open it, a command prompt opens and gives a title (Galacticraft Moon block ID/Meta changer and so on) and under that:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'c:\Users\(my user)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Program Files\' was denied.
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
at System.IO.FileSystemEnumerableIterator`1.AddSearchableDirsToStack(SearchData localSearchData)
at System.IO.FileSystemEnumerableIterator`1.MoveNext()
at System.Collections.Generic.List`1..ctor(IEnumerable`1 collection)
at System.IO.Directory.GetFiles(String path, String searchPattern, SearchOption searchOption)
at BlockReplace.Program.Main(String[] args)
And then the program stops after one second (which means I couldn't copy that^ and had to write it all -.-), and this crashreport comes up:

Are you running as an admin on your computer? The "unauthorized access" and the "access denied" looks like it might not be letting any programs you run access the %appdata%. Just a guess, but still.

This is fairly obvious but,
did you extract the GC World Updater? You can't just run it, you have to run the extracted version. Also, did you install Microsoft .NET Framework 4? It needs that to run properly.

Yes, of course I extracted it first.
And yes, I do have .NET Framework 4 installed. I'm trying to reinstall.
