Have a machine that does electrolysis of water to get oxygen.
One possible addition might be power, like Solar Panels, Fuel Generators, or a High Tier Power Source that Advanced Aliens use and at first, you can only get from them (Weather it's by trading or looting). Plenty of items would logically need power to run. But it's not something I think it'll be fine with or without.
Alien Technology:
Perhaps there can be different types of technology from extraterrestrial beings exploring from far off worlds. Maybe they can trade with you their technology, and you can use it to craft the more advanced stuff, like maybe a Power Suit or Better Tools, Weapons, Machines, or Ships.
Vehicles:
The Ship and Buggy are nice, but there should be a few more vehicles to help you in space and planetary travel.
Maybe be a satellite made by solar panels, not sure what it's use would be
One could be a submarine for underwater travels in the water worlds like Europa
Another could maybe be a tunneling machine or a miner
Alien Ships/Vehicles?
I know your adding more ships but some more planetary vehicles are a good idea.
