Detailed Description = When oil comes in contact with Lava or Water, it seems to fight for the block, which causes the water and lava to try to re-route or overtake. This happens over and over, which causes lag at the exact point.
Disabling spawning of oil seems to fix the issue.
Not a crash, so no forge log.
