"OverWorld" does not Spawn Tin & Copper

Hi!

When having this mod installed it does not spawn tin or copper in the world, only in on the moon and mars thereby making it impossible to even get to the moon or mars.

It was to an existing world that previously had tin and copper in it under basic components (was running a version of galacticraft before the basic components was included ) as previous tin was removed from the server. ( left a lot of "air pockets" ) to be absolutely sure there was no tin, I flew 1000+ blocks away where no one had gone and dug a hole, no tin or copper. Then I went on single player, ( thus creating a new world ) and dug a few test holes, still no tin or copper.
