Server setup, help! (bukkit)

How do i set this mod for use with bukkit? ( i want 1.6.2 )
But i dont know how to install forge on bukkit 1.6.2 :/

forge is not a plugin for bukkit.
Forge is like a replacement for bukkit, you can't have both, you have to decide.
But since galacticraft is a forge mod, you will have to choose forge, if you want to play GC.
Sadly not a single bukkit plugin, works on forge, you'll have to search mods/plugins for forge.
