Just download the .jar file, and put it in the coremods folder of your vanilla server.
Then treat the server like it's a Bukkit server:
- Create a plugins folder
- Download and install plugins into the new plugins folder

Every plugin works, except for PermissonEX, and it seems like it will never work. So if you are used to that, you should switch.

Array index out of bounds? I get that whenever an ID is past the possible IDs a mod checks for its blocks

Maximum Block ID: 4096 with Forge, otherwise (ModLoader), 256
Maximum Block ID for World Gen: 256 (both Forge and ModLoader)
Maximum Item ID: 32000 with Forge, not sure about ModLoader

Impossible, the maximum block ID of Minecraft + Forge is 4096. The ID's probably did not save or something, or you used those ID's for items.

Honestly, the 7000's might've been tools, but they go above 4096 big time. I KNOW I've but block IDs in the 5000s
