Terraforming Bubble machines

Everytime I go back to my world, the bubble from the Terraforming machine can be seen and I turn it off and everytime I log back in, the bubble is there. Is that a bug ?

Version of gc and forge please. Try to install the last version of gc and forge and uninstall other mods.

I'm always running the latest GC... 402 on this one. Running a Kcauldron 1.7.10 1492.155 server.
So Forge 1492.
