Unable to craft-Missing Basic Components

Just downloaded/installed 1.6.4 Forge and Galacticraft, but am unable to build anything. The installation video mentioned Basic Components but it hasn't been auto-downloaded and it's not listed in my Mods list. I discovered this by following the recipe for wire but it didn't show up as a crafting result.

Help would be appreciated, as I can't wait to begin my very own space program.
