Unable to make compressed steel

Compressors appear to be working for all other materials but for some reason cannot craft compressed steel (see screenshot)
Any advice or anyone had the same problem?

Try this, if the wiki is correct, then it looks like there was a shape change to the recipe, but I'm not sure.

Using Lapito's Galacticraft version 2.1.7 by Nbgeen through the twitch launcher. Don't fully understand the workings of modpacks hence the reliance on simple launchers.

You have Harder Difficulty set to true, so that means you will need 2 steel ingots to make compressed steel.
