Good idea! That would give survival aspects to the moon to make it more livable.
Also another good idea is when you go in an oxygen bubble from a distributor it fills your air up, like when you are swimming.

How about a new machine called a oxygen filler. when u put oxygen tanks in it, it fills them up using the oxygen collectors and the pipes and stuff.

I was thinking something kind of like what Chris said, have a block that you connect with an oxygen tube to a oxygen distributer. This block is like a chest except it only takes in Oxygen Tanks and refills them over time. This block could be called a:
  1. Oxygen Tank Station
  2. Refilling Station
  3. Oxygen Tank
  4. Oxygenated Chest
Also, in emergency situations, you can craft a leaf block and an oxygen tank to fill it up with 30 more oxygen supply, however, the catch is that you can only do this when the Oxygen Tank is less than 10% full (meaning that the maximum it can be filled to in a light tank is 49%). This also means that you'd have to take off your oxygen tank, which could kill you pretty quickly if you aren't careful.

It doesnt really work that way, there are compressed air in oxygen tanks so it wont work

I think he plans to implement this. Another good idea spinning off of dune's idea, is have something for and emergency, where you set it down, add a leaf block, and right click while in the suit to refill like, 10 air when it is below x point. Maybe also have the buggy be able to refill some air, after the buggy has been in an atmosphere bubble for x time.
