Wither in moon dungeon

The wither breaks the blocks in the moon dungeon when summoned/moving/shooting which allows you to pick them up afterwards, letting you get hold of otherwise invincible blocks.

The Wither Skeleton skulls on top of soul sand style summoned wither. It seemed like an indestructible box would be the perfect place to fight one with minimal collateral damage.

I think it's legit to obtain them...
Personally, i think you can mine them with iron or higher...

I just did a test and couldn't see any sign of mining progress with diamond efficiency 4 and a little patience, tnt has no effect (and earlier an icbm nuclear explosive did nothing). N.E.I. also shows no recipe or uses so i think they are meant to be unobtainable.
