Yogscast Complete galacticraft Server Problem

Hi people. Here is my problem. the server im trying to host doesn't start and the last command written was
[INFO] [Galacticraft] Galacticraft remote version found: 2.0.13 .
i waited for around an hour for it to load but it didn't. i have dedicated more ram and perm.
It is weird because the server was working just yesterday.
i have tried to upload the log but it is too large.

The problem could be the next step after Galacticraft. If Galacticraft prints that version 2.0.13 is found, it means Galacticraft is working correctly.

Suggestion: you should look at your log side-by-side with the log from yesterday, and figure out which is normally the next step after Galacticraft. That is, probably, where the problem is.
