    Am I allowed to make an addon that does not use the galacticraft source? e.g an addon that adds more structures on the overworld

    No. This is prohibited by forum rules. Here you can upload only modifications with interaction with Galacticraft Source. If you do not interact with Galacticraft, this will not be an addon.

    Yeah, as genius64 said, if it doesn't rely on Galacticraft's source code, it's not really an add-on anymore, its just a normal mod.
