Can't craft a portable oil extractor

Hey everybody,

I just installed Galacticraft yesterday, and I can't seem to be able to craft a portable oil extractor when I'm pretty sure I've got the right materials in the right place.

All help is appreciated, TIA.

Removed. Use a bucket to use Oil and to pick it up.
