1)Advanced mechanisms like block teleportation . through dimensions .
2)More tools like thermometer , drill , gun , mini robots(minions) , quarrys like in tekkit to mine faster and safer .
3)Castles like in nether , with alien mob spawners and a lot of treasures .
4)Jetpack
5)There are bad aliens with spaceships with guns . So an upgrade to our spaceship - lasers , guns , rockets and force field .

You do realize that all those industrial/technological mods DO work on the moon. AND Dimensional Doors can set you up with inter-dimensional travel. And there probably will be aliens like that.
