galacticraft requires me to enable basic components

Hello,
I recently tried to install glacticraft on mac.
all installed forge works fine, galacticraft somewhat

It asks me when i startup minecraft to enable basiccomponents within the glacticraft config.
I tried to do that but i cant find the line to enable that.

Galacticraft Requires Basic Components or IndustrialCraft 2
You can enable Basic Components loader in Galacticraft config or install IC2 Manually

but where inside the config

Thank you very much. I already had tried that but i couldnt figure out if it was a coremod or not
(their installation says it needs to go to the mod folder while its a coremod)
anyway it works now
I am now back to my windows (my mac sucks )

On-topic: Why would you need to enable it, I thought it was enabled by default?
