The game mode the bug occured in: SMP

It took all of my tin, aluminum, and rocket parts and turned them into other objects.

Nope, never touched the files besides to install them.

[Edit]: Appears my rocket craft table is gone too.

Also, when I loaded up the first install, a screen came up saying something about missing items and had a list; but I couldn't get that file.

You didnt deleted the config file.
Now, you must create a new world.

It must be an Item ID problem. When you were installing, are you sure you didn't accidentally change something? Are you using the latest version of Forge?

I deleted the config files, because they were giving me problems. I still have it though. That's all I did

Did you try re-installing it? Something might have just gotten messed up during installation.

I reinstalled everything (deleted the congfig files, and took Galacticraft out during the installation of Forge) and still have the same problem.

I accidentally didn't install it, so I deleted the post.
