Unable to craft sealed blocks

Im using galacticraft 4 and minecraft ver. 1.12.2 and trying to craft sealed pipe and wire blocks to seal up my moon base

I have the required ingredients to make them (tin deco blocks and pipe/wire) but for some reason im unable to craft them, any help as to why? do i have to make any modifications somewhere?

You should be using the Tin Decoration block plain, the wiki shows the correct block but the plain block recipe is missing, so I'll get to work on that. here is the recipe for the blocks you need. Thanks for the report!
