1.6.4 missing files for downloading

So for 1.6.4 build 1098 (end number) i have no problems downloading it but it doesnt work in game for me. so I tried to get the build before that which was 1084 in hopes that it'll work ingame for me. but behold...its not there. I've searched the site for older versions of 1.6.4 (because its the one im looking for) but there is nothing else besides those two. So if anyone knows a link that does have the older builds or something at all it would be nice.

Edit: I should add that I am using forge 9.11.1.916 due to the latest one not running properly for some odd reason.

99.99% of the time you're best off using the latest version of Galacticraft. If 1098 does not work for you, then chances are 1084 will not work either.

Maybe explain what you mean by "does not work" and post up your log, and we can help get this working for you.

(Also, downloading 1084 is not going to be possible for anyone for a while, not even for me, as the Galacticraft build/download server is temporarily down today.)

Some links in the download page point to http://ci.micdoodle8.com/job/, those are not working. While other links point to http://2.iongaming.org:8080/job/, those are working.
